Several new cookie jars are coming out to help the 100th anniversary of the Campbell Soup Kids. Yes, it's been
100 years since they first appeared, they haven't aged a bit 're still just as cute as ever! And these new jars are also terrific. Two jars, two versions = Four Different Jars!
Both jars come in a "regular" version, suggested retail price $57.50, and a gold-trimmed version (LE 1000)
suggested retail price of $125. Salt and peppers are also available in both version with a suggested price of
$15. and $35, respectively. Stan Hoff, who also developed the
Emmett Kelly/Coke jar, is the force behind these pieces. Hoff's company does
not sell direct, only wholesale -- so you're best bet is to check your favorite cookie jar dealers.
The first shipment
is already sold out and expected to appear in stores in the next few weeks. The next shipment is scheduled
for March.
