Crumbs from my jar....
Welcome to our new subscribers, all past newsletter are on the archive page on
The Cookie Jar Net.
Thank goodness this is a leap year, otherwise I would not be getting out my two newsletters in the month of February!
A Big THANKS to all that helped Jim and his survey. He had over 200 replies in a very short time and most of them
came from this list. The group will pick the winner and notify them by tomorrow evening. I'll also post the winner
in the next newsletter. You guys are great!
Because of many problems with dates, etc. The ACJA was having problems setting a firm date for the Cookie Jar Party 2004!
The date has been firmed up and although it won't be as big as Portland, it should still be lots of fun.
If you belong to the ACJA, more details will be in the monthly newsletter sent out tomorrow.
It's another big change here on the newsletter. With the proliferation of Spam in our mailboxes and the Spam filters
that many services are providing -- every issue I will have anywhere from 100 - 150 newsletters bouncing.
That's a LOT! And it's not always the same ones, as I have found out with my own email program. At times my
newsletter will be considered "junk" (HOW DARE THEY!!) and other times it will go through fine.
So until the problem gets better, I'm going back to the all text format with a link to the HMTL version that I will
have online. After a few months of trying this, it will be evaluated again.
Here's the link to the online version, complete with pictures, etc:
Today is the LAST day for Rich Clark's 15% off sale! See below on how to take part.
Until next time,

Mickelson Auctions
Bill Kasting will be holding an auction on April 24th with 400 jars from the collection of
Barding and Dennis Smith.
Kasting's Auction House
Iowa -- I've heard of another auction coming up in Iowa with 150 jars, but no dates yet.
eBay
Do you purchase on eBay regularly? Is there a dealer that is just terrific or one that always offers
great jars? Nominate someone as a terrific eBay seller -- if I was going to nominate someone
it would be Bill C. for his always fantastic jars. I have no idea where he gets them all, but if he has
a jar for sale -- it's a good one!
CookieJar500
Another auction seller to check out is Carolann W., currently she has a Metlox Basset Hound for sale.
Now that's a jar I know a lot of people have coveted over the years!
