Welcome to year NINE of The Cookie Jar Digest! No, I never believed I would be doing this free newsletter for so long,
I might have even done a better job if I knew it would last this long. Which brings me to my plea for help! It's hard
to do this by myself, one reason why the last few months have gone down to one issue a month, from the weekly issues
at the beginning. I sure could use some help -- input on new jars, old jars, company histories, pictures, company web sites, auctions, auction prices, etc. If you can help me
continue providing this service, please email me. I would love to talk with you about just what help and information is needed.

Well I've put away all the Christmas jars, took pictures and measured them. Hopefully will be able to get
them online sometime before NEXT Christmas! Thanks for your responses about favorite Christmas jars, but I would
love a few more responses, so let me know!

Schwan's
A wonderful new advertising jar will be available in the next month. Thanks to Sandi's alert,
I was sure to open my Schwan's catalog when it arrived a few days later. The jar is a replica of their 1950
delivery truck. The guys at Schwan's say the samples are wonderful and very well made. It doesn't look like they
can be ordered yet, but will be available in the next few weeks to order.

the game last week!

I was surprised to see two new Disney jars at the local Disney store over the holidays. Jars I hadn't seen online.
When investigating further, they are marked Disney Store exclusive.

Most of you know that sometimes my taste in jars is a little strange, as will be proven in my next sentence!
After pondering my new jars and looking around the Internet,
I think my favorite jar for this past Christmas is the Santa Jack jar! I finally got it and just love it. I don't really
collect Nightmare Before Christmas stuff, but I do like this HUGE jar.
