CLASSIFIEDS: Many people realize that there is a cost of doing Business on the Internet, but in my case it's a case of NOT doing business. To help offset some of the costs of NOT doing business, e.g. this newsletter, article archives and web site (The Cookie Jar Net), I've decided to start offering Paid classified ads. The cost is minimal, but should help cover the costs incurred.

TOP TEN: Two jars were voted the last few weeks.. I am really curious as to what jars will actually remain. And who is doing the voting??
The Top Ten

COOKIE JAR TRIVIA: Last issue's question --What was the selling price of the Don Winton Self Portrait cookie jar? The correct answer was $7900. and there were only a few correct answers. Red Huston was the first to answer correctly. He probably didn't even need to look it up!

This issue's question -- >The Treasure Craft Company has had several different owners, but WHO was the original founder of the company? >>>> Email Me

COOKIE JAR IQ: No one has figured out the answer to the I.Q. quiz -- so an additional clue has been added. >>>> Cookie Jar IQ #5

The Cookie Jar Club now has a picture up of the first ACJA jar. The jar is being made by Story Teller Arts from a Don Winton sketch and is adorable! The jar is available for purchase to anyone, but club members get an excellent discount. Ordering information and more pictures will be available in the next few days. The jar is in the logo. >>>> Cookie Jar Club

The Cookie Jar Club is also looking for door prize and raffle donations for the Portland show. You don't need to be a club member to contribute -- and you will get excellent recognition for them. Let me know if you would like to help out.

The past weekend I was happy to find an Abingdon Pineapple for $15. at the local flea market, the original price is shown on in the Ad Index linked above.

until next time,
