Several new jars have been showing up on my doorstep the last few weeks.

Curt Blanchard shared info on the Pixie jar and how we can get it at retail price.
Blanchard also sent some JPGS of other new jars he has designed for Grant-Howard. Look for them next week.
How about a Moonpie Jar? The retail price is around $46. I've heard it's supposed to show up on the Moonpie website, but it's not there yet. It can also be ordered from Betty's Attic, an online catalog.

A new jar with a retro look is now showing up at stores and on ebay (of course). I hope you weren't one of those paying extra high prices, because you can order it at retail price from the designer. And it's even made by a "Howard".

Thanks to Gary & Shirley Tucker, I now have a list of the auction prices from the recent sale. It will be a few more days before it's online. but here are a few highlights.
Red & Maryann Huston also shared some thoughts about the auction. They felt it was definitely a buyers market and jars had to be checked carefully for damages. Red was amazed at one price.. The McCoy Clyde Dog for $700.
Other prices include Regal Alice - 2900, CO Snow White $1050, Cavanagh Scotties in Car $325, Toby Cookies $500. Metlox LRRH $700.
A friend who has donated many jars to charity is selling off a few. This is the one left on the list. If you are interested in purchasing this jar, in excellent condition, for $50. plus shipping. Email me and I will forward your note to him (Barry).
