    Crumbs from my jar....

Welcome to our 14 new subscribers, you can check out the past newsletters on the archive page on The Cookie Jar Net.

As mentioned in the last newsletter we were out of town for a few days -- Disney World -- and hardly a jar to be found. That was really disappointing, every other time I've been to a Disney property I would find something new. Not this time.

I am just about to start Christmas Decorating, it's late for me, but we've been involved in some remodeling. I would love to see pictures of your Christmas decorating both with cookie jars and trees, ornaments, etc. Each person that submits pictures, that are used, will get a Brush Humpty Dumpty enameled pin! Please email me first before sending any images.

We'll be having our annual Open House on December 13th, are you in the Oklahoma City area? Let me know and I'll send you the details.

If you tried to subscribe to Cookie Crumbs, the "more-often" newsletter, the form didn't work! So just email me with the words Cookie Crumbs in the subject and I'll add you to the list.

    Have a terrific Thanksgiving,

    Until next time,
~barbara P.S. Don't forget about the Thanksgiving eCards, free to send!

Thanks to the Espravniks for the price list!
    M & M Jars
    Limousine Candy "Jar"
A limited edition M & M Candy Dish/Jar. It's a bit unusual and a bit pricey compared to some of the other M & M jars and dishes, but it's pretty cool looking.

    Snowman and Coke Bottle
I first heard about this jar a few months ago, but couldn't track it down. Doug Allen found the jar at a Lowes. So, I looked it up on the Internet -- Yep, you can order it online!

    Disney Jars
Many of the Disney Store jars are on sale!

Decorate your tree with cookie jars!! (These sold out very early last year)
    The Ornament Shop

    Eli's Cool Cow Cookie Jar
Since I collect cookie jars, focusing on Advertising jars and have a grandson named Eli -- how on earth have I missed this jar? It looks like Treasure Craft's Cool Cow -- but I think it's slightly different. Curt, Can you help me out here??

    Sylvestri Santa
I was looking for something completely different and came across this sale again. You might remember it from last year. The jar is a really cool looking Santa, musical and on sale! This is just one of those, not necessarily must-haves, but should-haves if you're a Christmas collector.

    From Last Issue:

    PY/Miyao
Finally a book that really explains who's behind the 'Made In Japan' stamp found on our vintage ceramic pieces. Lefton, E.S.D., NAPCO, Enesco, Mikasa -- if you're a collector of any of these company products, just go ahead and buy the book now. You'll eventually get it and you might as well start enjoying the PY/Miyao book now!

    Lefton Retro
I had no idea these even existed until I came across them on Rich's web site. They are really fun looking and if they go the way of the Dept. 56 Retros a few years ago, could go up in value quickly. Rich reports that they are selling quite well.

    Just for Fun
Send me the name of the jar I've been looking for and did not even mention once in this newsletter. I'll have a drawing of all the correct entries with a cookie jar collector mug as the prize. Important - put "drawing" in the subject so I won't miss your entry.
