Chocolate Chip Nut Pie
Quick & Easy

1 cup light corn syrup
3 eggs
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 TBL butter (melted)
9" unbaked pie shell
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts or pecans
3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips

 

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • In large bowl, beat eggs slightly, add corn syrup, butter and vanilla.
  • Stir until well blended.
  • Add nuts and chocolate chips.
  • Pour into unbaked pie shell.
  • Bake on preheated baking sheet in 350 oven for 50-55 minutes or until filling is firm around the edges and slightly firm in center.
  • Do not overbake.
  • Cool on wire rack.
