Preheat oven to 350.
In large bowl, beat eggs slightly, add corn syrup, butter and vanilla.
Stir until well blended.
Add nuts and chocolate chips.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake on preheated baking sheet in 350 oven for 50-55 minutes or until filling is firm
around the edges and slightly firm in center.
Do not overbake.
Cool on wire rack.
