Vegetable Beef and Pasta Hearty Soup

2 T oil
2 lbs chuck steak/roast cut into small cubes
1 pkg frozen chopped onions
3 cans chicken broth
1 large can diced tomatoes (29 oz)
2 pkgs Green Giant Pasta Accents Garlic Seasoning

 

  • Cook onions and meat until lightly browned - stir frequently
  • Add tomatoes and chicken broth, mix well.
  • Simmer for about an hour, until beef is fork tender.
  • Stir in Green Giants Pasta accents and cook for approximately ten - twelve minutes or until pasta is tender.
  • Salt & pepper to taste
